Students should plan to arrive on campus at or after noon on the day their sessions begins (i.e. June 12). Students must be moved out of their rooms on campus before noon on the day their session ends (i.e. July 10 or August 6). Please arrange transportation accordingly.

Single rooms are available on a limited basis at an additional cost of approximately $80 for the eight week program and $40 for the four week program. The costs for board are estimated and may be increased due to changes in market prices.

Payment of Fees by Credit Card Online

Students may pay for their tuition, fees, room, and board online by Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Credit card payments are handled through Tuition Management Services (TMS) at their web site. Please be aware that a convenience fee of between 2% and 3.5% of the amount charged will be added to each credit card transaction, while a $5.00 flat fee will be added to each debit card transaction and a $6.75 minimum fee for credit card payments.

At the TMS web site be sure to click the 'Pay in Full' button and then choose the 2009-2010 option under 'School Year'. Under Credit Card Information the charged amount indicated should be exactly what is shown on your billing statement received from the Beloit College Accounting Office.
