Students should plan to arrive on campus at or after noon on the day their sessions begins (i.e. June 14 or July 13). Students must be moved out of their rooms on campus before noon on the day their session ends (i.e. July 12 or August 8). Please arrange transportation accordingly.

* The Center for Language Studies (CLS) grant is being offered through Beloit College’s commitment to making the summer intensive language program experience affordable to all qualified students. The CLS grant may not be used to cover the costs of room or board. Additional competitive scholarships are available to help cover the costs of tuition. Participants are also eligible to receive federal and private loans. Please visit the Financial Aid page for specific details.

Single rooms are available on a limited basis at an additional cost of approximately $80 for the eight week program and $40 for the four week program.

**Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Monday through Friday. Brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.

Payment of Fees by Credit Card Online

Students may pay for their tuition, fees, room, and board online by Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Credit card payments are handled through Tuition Management Services (TMS) at their web site. Please be aware that a convenience fee of between 2% and 3.5% of the amount charged will be added to each credit card transaction, while a $5.00 flat fee will be added to each debit card transaction.

At the TMS web site be sure to click the 'Pay in Full' button and then choose the 2008-2009 option under 'School Year'. Under Credit Card Information the charged amount indicated should be exactly what is shown on your billing statement received from the Beloit College Accounting Office.
