Payment Options
To enroll into the CLS program, all accepted applicants must pay a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be credited to the student's account upon enrollment into the program. Students may pay the enrollment deposit either by credit card or by check. If paying by check, please make the check payable to Beloit College and send it to the CLS address below.
Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments are accepted through the Tuition Management Services (TMS) web site. Please be aware that a convenience fee of between 2% and 3.5% of the amount charged will be added to each credit card transaction, while a $5.00 flat fee will be added to each debit card transaction.
At the TMS web site be sure to click the 'Pay in Full' button and then choose the 2008-2009 option under 'School Year'. Under Credit Card Information the charged amount indicated should be exactly $100.00.
Enrollment Forms
In addition to the enrollment deposit, there are a number of forms that enrolling students must also complete and return. Some of these forms are required by state law; others are used by various Beloit College offices to assure that each student's transition to campus is a smooth one.
The following forms are provided in PDF format. Each of the required forms should be downloaded, printed out, completed, and returned to the Center for Language Studies as soon as possible, but no later than April 25.
Enrollment Form
- Enrollment Form - To facilitate the enrollment process, we prefer that this form be completed online. It can be accessed through the Decision Letter which is posted within your online application. Students experiencing difficulties with the online enrollment form may download the enrollment form in PDF format and complete it by hand.
Housing Forms
Health Forms (currently-enrolled Beloit College students do not need to complete the health forms)
- CLS Summer Health Forms - This is a complete set of the health-related forms which all enrolling students are required to submit.
- Immunization Policy and Waiver Form - This form is optional and should only be submitted by students who, for personal, religious, or medical reasons wish to waive the immunization requirement. Students are advised to read and understand the personal and financial implications of waiving the immunization requirement before submitting this form.
