Checking In
Eight-week and Summer Session I programs

12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Check-In at College St. and Clary St.
Check-In
Procedures:
On arrival, CLS participants will receive a room key, card key to
the residence hall, and orientation materials. Participants are required
to abide by the check-in procedures established by Residential Life
at Beloit College. Residents in the residence hall should make sure that
they fill out a room assessment form immediately after moving into
their rooms and that they return this form promptly to their Residential
Assistant (RA). Problems in the rooms should be reported directly
to the Residential Assistant.
Late Arrival Check-In:
Participants arriving at times other than those scheduled for check-in may pick
up their keys and orientation materials at Security in the basement of Pearsons
Hall
Note:
Participants arriving before the day of check-in should make arragements to stay in a hotel until official Check-In begins. |
