Summer Session I program

Friday, July 9, 2010

1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Mid-Term/Final Examinations (mandatory)

4:00 p.m. Farewell Ceremony for Summer Session I Participants, Wilson Theatre

Summer Session I students may begin to move out after 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Saturday, July 10, 2010

12:00 p.m. (noon) Check-Out Ends for Summer Session I Participants.

Check-Out Procedures:
It is the responsibility of each participant to attend all “hall” meetings regarding proper check-out procedures. Your Resident Assistant will post announcements for these meetings in the Residence Hall. Residents are required to sign-up with the Residential Assistant to check-out of their rooms and to turn in their keys. Residents who do not leave their rooms in good condition or damage something will be charged fees for cleaning/damages.

Note: If you plan to leave later than July 10, you will need to make arrangements at one of the local hotels. We cannot accomodate late departures.

3:30 p.m. Closing Ceremonies (mandatory) Moore Study Lounge, Pearsons Hall

4:00 p.m. Check-Out Begins for All Participants.

Friday, August 6, 2010

8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon) Check-Out from Residence Halls for All Participants
