"I am glad I had the opportunity to go to CLS. The program really pushed me to do my best and I did better than I expected. The professors are great; they work with you outside of class and their office hours are very convenient. This helped me grasp the language even faster.  In addition, the language tables allowed us to practice speaking in our target language in a relaxed atmosphere and to actually use
what we learned, creating some interesting conversations.

The program is intense, but students help keep each other on track, which is important
to staying sane and not burning out.  It is easy to make great friends who you will
stay in contact with after the program has finished.  We hang out together on the
weekends (Saturday¹s Farmers Market, chilling at the benches, movies, etc).
That includes getting pizza; I recommend Prime Time, it not only has good pizza,
it's also open till 2 a.m. every day with a “Beloit Student Special”."
